We got a little springtime snowfall, which is not unusual for this time of year here in SW Colorado. The temperature dropped enough to grace us with a couple inches and I suppose that by this afternoon it'll be gone.
Photos this morning ... from new-to-me birds, rusty bull snaps, and even a couple things in between ....
And it's yet another good day!
Those birds are Yellow Headed Blackbirds :)
ReplyDeleteI love the bullsnap photo AND Polly's facial expression!
Almost like... "What the heck...?"
HUG!
Wow the birds are beautiful! So far the spring snows have missed us and I am glad! Beautiful photos and a beautiful place!
ReplyDeleteYellowheaded blackbirds are stunning.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great series of photos! Hope the snow melted quickly.
ReplyDeleteJust plain Gorgeous...all of it!
ReplyDeleteI love your Polly Mule...I really wish to find more out about them...can you point me to some posts that describe their attributes and all?
Or make one...I will be over in a flash...let me know.
The more I try to ride my Thoroughbred on these slick and very hilly area's..the more I realize..I need a real trail horse! So am just trying to get a feel for breeds and Mules...I think I love them without even knowing any yet.
Thanks for your time~
KK
Will this be the last snowfall of the season?
ReplyDeleteIn central Iowa it is 81 degrees. I have been watching the garden grow. Nice pictures of the birds.
