It is a very hot day here in Southwest Colorado. Luckily we have a breeze. These clouds started to form around 10 this morning and there seems to be more of an accumulation as the afternoon approaches. I tried to catch the clouds in different settings using our corral fence, the reflection in the horse trailer, a hollyhock backdrop, and finally our view of Mesa Verde National Park.

All wonderful, but the hollyhocks against that hot blue sky is my favorite.

ReplyDeleteI love to watch the sky. I do that often while at work [when there is nothing else to do...]
Hollyhocks...that is my fav!
WOW!!! Your photo of the trailer and sky is just amazing. Sounds like you have had many adventures since your Humboldt County days. You sure found another beautiful place to call home.
ReplyDeleteWonderful blog. I misted up when you got back on Polly after an 11 month hiatus. Hope your getting better. I very much liked the photo of you on Polly on the Oregon coast and Polly jumping with you in riding habit... priceless!
